Ergonomics training for your team
When we supply workstation equipment, we can also put together a short ergonomics session for your team. It doesn’t need to be long or complicated. What matters most is that it’s practical.
A similar consultation can also be held in an office we didn’t furnish. It’s a separate service for companies that want to make their existing workstations more comfortable.
During the session, we cover how to:
adjust your chair height
use lumbar support
set up your armrests
match your desk height to your own
position your monitor and keyboard
take short breaks from sitting
and even where to place your desk lamp
One thing worth keeping in mind
If the available equipment doesn’t have the right adjustments, a fully correct posture may not be achievable. So sometimes a session shows not only how to get more out of your current furniture, but also which pieces are worth replacing down the line.
