Duties and responsibilities:

• Commercial offers preparation.
• Daily data update in the ERP system (Business central).
• Processing and accounting of incoming invoices.
• Drafting of contracts, specifications, invoicing.
• Control over the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Contract.
• Ensuring the company's document flow: incoming and outgoing correspondence, registration, and accounting.
• Assistance in organizational issues (corporate parties, etc.) and providing the office with the all the necessities (stationery, household goods, food, etc.).

Our perfect candidate:

• Can work in multitasking mode.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Has strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.

What Is Required:

• Cooperation with clients and contractors at every stage of the design process.
• Preparing comprehensive interior designs.
• Developing interior design concepts.
• Creating design documentation.
• Producing visualizations independently.
• Providing author’s supervision for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Specialized education.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the interior design process.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and sensitivity to unique design.
• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona Render.
• Additional advantage: proficiency in Revit for design documentation.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

We represent leading brands such as Framery, Narbutas, Hay, Cascando, Noti, RS Barcelona, Profim, and more.

Our projects range from equipping modern office spaces to furnishing private homes.

Compensation
Competitive pay based on your experience and skill level:

• Freelance / task-based contract: 35–50 PLN gross per hour
• B2B contract: 30–45 PLN net (+ VAT) per hour

We are looking to hire multiple candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Properly securing and transporting furniture to the client.
• Delivering furniture to the client’s location.
• Assembling furniture according to technical drawings.
• Installing furniture at the client’s premises.

Our Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
• Teamwork skills.
• Independence and responsibility in completing tasks.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Attention to detail in your work.
• Maintaining cleanliness during assembly work.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during task execution.

We design modern office interiors and provide comprehensive furniture solutions, ranging from standard factory collections to bespoke, custom-made pieces. We handle turnkey projects from initial concept and technical drawings through to production and final installation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical drawings, sketches, and production documentation for furniture.
• Developing cutting lists, specifications, and technical guidelines.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and manufacturing partners: aligning on production technologies, timelines, materials, and costs.
• Independently sourcing and ordering components and materials such as laminates, metal, glass, and other elements.
• Monitoring the quality of produced components and ensuring compliance with technical drawings.
• Organizing and coordinating on-site installation.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a furniture technologist, furniture engineer, or furniture designer.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other technical design software.
• Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing technologies, materials, and processing techniques.
• Ability to work with subcontractors, estimate costs, and select optimal technical solutions.
• Experience supervising installation works and collaborating with installation teams.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and a high level of responsibility.
