SMM Manager
We are looking for a super-hero colleague to join our friendly team. We create turnkey offices from the development of a design project to the supply of furniture. The back office is our foundation, so we are seeking a responsible person who is good at numbers and fluent in Polish. If you are active and initiative, welcome to our team!
Duties and responsibilities: • Commercial offers preparation. • Daily data update in the ERP system (Business central). • Processing and accounting of incoming invoices. • Drafting of contracts, specifications, invoicing. • Control over the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Contract. • Ensuring the company's document flow: incoming and outgoing correspondence, registration, and accounting. • Assistance in organizational issues (corporate parties, etc.) and providing the office with the all the necessities (stationery, household goods, food, etc.).
Our perfect candidate: • Can work in multitasking mode. • Fluent in Polish. • Proficient in MS Office. • Has strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.

Lead Designer

What is required:
Cooperation with clients and contractors at every stage of the design process.
Preparing comprehensive interior designs.
Developing interior design concepts.
Creating design documentation.
Producing visualizations independently.
Providing author's supervision for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Specialized education.
Minimum of two years of experience in the interior design process.
High sense of aesthetics and sensitivity to unique design.
Ability to work in a team and under time pressure.
Proficient in 3D Max + Corona Render.
Additional advantage: proficiency in Revit for design documentation.
Proficiency in both Polish and English languages.

Furniture Assembler — Office and Residential
We are a company specializing in comprehensive interior design and furnishing solutions, and we are seeking to hire a skilled furniture assembler, ideally with industry experience. We represent leading brands such as Framery, Narbutas, Hay, Cascando, Noti, RS Barcelona, Profim, and more. Our projects range from equipping modern office spaces to furnishing private homes.
Competitive compensation based on your experience and skill level:
Freelance/Task-based contract: 35–50 PLN gross per hour
B2B contract: 30–45 PLN net (+ VAT) per hour
We are looking to hire multiple candidates.
Your responsibilities:
Properly securing and transporting furniture to the client
Delivering furniture to the client's location
Assembling furniture according to drawings
Installing furniture at the client's premises
Our requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily
Teamwork skills
Independence and responsibility in completing tasks
Valid category B driver's license
Ability to read technical drawings
Attention to detail in your work
Maintaining cleanliness during assembly work
Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during task execution
