An office that inspires: inside the TENGO Design event

A good office is more than four walls and a desk. That belief brought us together on April 9th at the TENGO Design space on Wspólna 75/79 in Warsaw — and filled the room with people who think the same way.

For a few hours, we talked about how to create spaces where teams actually want to be. About wellbeing, longevity, and the idea that good design isn't aesthetics for aesthetics' sake — it's a concrete tool that shapes how people feel, how they perform, and the culture of an organization.

The day's programme was packed and substantive: a talk on office planning in the age of wellbeing, a perspective from the design and implementation side, and finally — a hands-on workshop that sent everyone home with concrete tools to work with. Between sessions, there was room for coffee conversations, networking, and the kind of experience-sharing that happens naturally in a space that was itself the strongest argument in the room.
