TENGO Design in the Archello Awards: three offices, three unique design visions

We selected three projects from our portfolio, each representing a different industry and possessing its own unique character. Together, they demonstrate the diverse ways we answer a single question: how do you design an office that truly supports both people and business? Our entries for the awards include the EPAM office in Krakow, along with Muse Group and Unlimit in Limassol, Cyprus.

We wanted to highlight our individual approach to each client in this way. These are three completely different projects, yet each of them fully reflects the unique character of the company it represents.

We chose a calm color palette, natural materials, and timeless forms. The interior is bright, organized, and elegant. It includes ergonomic workstations, functional meeting rooms, quiet zones, and spaces for informal conversations.
We placed strong emphasis on acoustics and lighting. This office design doesn’t dominate its users. Instead, it provides a subtle backdrop for focus and productivity. It shows that good office design is often rooted in simple, yet thoughtful decisions.

From the start, we knew this wouldn’t be a conventional office. The company is part of the music industry, with a relaxed, creative, and energetic culture. The interior was designed to reflect that. We drew inspiration from the atmosphere of clubs and concert halls. The office features a real stage for playing music and hosting events. We used bolder colors, striking details, and slightly raw finishes. The space has character and leaves a lasting impression.

At the same time, we paid close attention to functionality. The office includes comfortable workstations, meeting rooms, and quiet zones. This way, the office design combines emotion with ergonomics. It’s a great example of how an office layout can foster creativity while also providing comfort for everyday work.

The Unlimit office was created for a company operating in the gaming and new technology sectors. The team is young, dynamic, and used to a fast-paced work environment. The interior needed to be as bold and distinctive as the brand itself.
We focused on contrasts, strong graphics, and flexible shared spaces. There are areas for team bonding, quick meetings, and relaxation. The layout encourages collaboration and spontaneous conversations. The entire space can be easily adapted to the team’s changing needs.

This office design is meant to energize and attract talent. It’s an example of how thoughtful office design can genuinely influence a company’s atmosphere and culture.

Although all three projects differ in style, they share one common approach. We always start with a conversation and a needs analysis. We aim to understand how the team works, what the company’s goals are, and what impression the space should make.
